Registration Fees

One Day Only Rate* Register for either Thursday or Friday	£175

Onsite Day Rate* Register onsite for either Thursday or Friday	£240

*If registering to attend the conference on Thursday only and you wish to attend the conference dinner, you must pay £50 for at ticket to attend.

The registration Fee Includes:

• Attendance at all sessions and entrance to the exhibition area

• Delegate bag and conference material

• Tea/coffee and lunches

• Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 14th April and the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception and Conference Dinner on Thursday 15th April.  Please note that places are limited at both the Welcome Reception and the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception at the Royal Pavilion.  Unfortunately BSCCP cannot offer any refunds for those not wishing to attend the social events.

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering. Credit Cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and Delta, NOT American Express. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you. If you have not received this within 7 days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing bsccp@in-conference.org.uk

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellations should be sent by email to the conference organisers, bsccp@in-conference.org.uk.  Substitutions can be made at any time.

Up to 26 February 2010 (inclusive)	The accommodation deposit and registration fee will be refunded less £35 administration fee.
After 26 February 2010	The accommodation deposit will be refunded only if the room can be resold. The fee will be refunded less £35 administration fee.
After 12 March 2010	No refunds on accommodation or registration fees will be made.
No Shows	Will not be refunded. Cancellation charges will be made by the hotel for the total number of nights booked. If you fail to arrive at the conference you are still liable to pay in full.
Cancellations	Will only be accepted if they are received by email.
