Deadline for Hotel Reservations and Cancellations – 12th March 2009

Hotel accommodation can only be reserved if you pay one night's deposit. Your credit card details must be provided so that the hotel can guarantee the rest of your stay.

You must settle the remainder of your accommodation charges directly with the hotel on your departure. If you do not arrive at your hotel on the due date, the hotel will keep your deposit, cancel your booking and may charge you for all nights booked.
